Okay, I NEVER write reviews (but I read an awful lot of them before I buy anything on Amazon.) Recently received this cookbook out of sheer desperation on healthier gluten free baking that didn't tase like stale rice cakes. (C'mon, you know they usually all badly mimic the real thing.) Three recipes were tried. Not only did my family love them; I didn't hear one word about the "fake" taste or could they have something better! This is going to be my "go to" cookbook for primarily ALL my baking. Why oh why did it take so long to come out with a Gluten Free baking book that actually rocks?Product details

I tried one of the cakes and it was delicious. Nice photos too. It's hard to tell it's even gluten free.
This book is great. All five of the recipes we have tried so far have been amazing. The cookies are really great . Can't wait to try some more of these great desserts.
I've been eating gluten free for about 2 years in an effort to become healthier, but I have been having a lot of trouble in the desert department... I thought that I had to give up all delicious deserts in order to live "gluten free" but this book showed me how I could eat delicious deserts, without the cost! I highly recommend it to anyone considering going gluten free, or for those who think gluten free can't be delicious too!
